With DST file created by our digitizer, embroidery machines translate a design into an embroidered patch based on different colored threads and twill.
Heat Seal Backing for Iron on Patches
Just after the embroidery process with a special machine. it is important to make sure you can iron your patches into garments.
Laser Cut to Prepare Merrowed Border
Done just before merrowed border, to make sure the patch is in exact shape.
It is to stitch the shape of the border with the overlocking machine.
Heat Cut Border
It is used to cut the embroidered border with heated ferrochrome.
